We want your gear to reach you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are.
**1. Where We Ship**
We ship within the **United States**, **New Zealand**, and select countries. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us.
**2. Processing Times**
Orders are processed in **2–5 business days**. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
**3. Delivery Times**
- **NZ & AU:** 5–10 business days
- **Rest of the World:** 7–15 business days (depends on location)
**4. Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer **free shipping promotions**, so check for those!
**5. Tracking**
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
**6. Lost or Damaged Items**
We’re not responsible for packages once they’re marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is damaged during transit, please reach out within **48 hours** for assistance.
