**Return & Refund Policy**

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

**1. Returns**
You can return unused items within **14 days** of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition and packaging.

**2. How to Return**
Simply email us at info@santamonicanz.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions.

**3. Refunds**
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within **5–7 business days**. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

**4. Non-returnable Items**
Certain products like **swimwear**, **sale items**, and **personalized items** cannot be returned.

**5. Exchanges**
If you'd prefer an exchange, let us know and we'll guide you through the process.
